PU (polyurethane) sandwich panels are composite building panels made of two pre-painted galvanized steel facings bonded to a rigid polyurethane foam core. They are widely used as wall and roof cladding for steel structure warehouses, workshops, cold storage rooms and prefabricated buildings.Key advantages: excellent thermal insulation with thermal conductivity as low as 0.022 W/(m.K), light weight that reduces steel structure load, high strength-to-weight ratio, and fast installation with tongue-and-groove joints that seal against water and dust.Standard specifications: total thickness 50 mm, 75 mm and 100 mm; effective width 950 mm or 1000 mm; steel facing thickness 0.4-0.6 mm color-coated galvanized steel; foam density 38-42 kg/m3; fire performance B1 grade; panel length customized per project up to 12 m.Typical applications: industrial warehouses, logistics centers, cold chain storage, clean rooms, workshop partitions and prefab site buildings.
